Ferndale Ice Festival is an annual Event

I have shot this festival numerous times. This time, was easily the warmest I have ever seen the festival. 

At nearly 40 degrees, the ice carvings were starting to pool with water and the urban sleigh ride was pulled by a tractor. Hey, at least they were honest. Here is my gallery for the Oakland Press.
